BlackStream Intel’s team performance has been superb. They consistently works long hours, weekends, and do whatever it takes to get the job done. The team has established themselves as the experts with the new system. Their research skills and knowledge of the testing tools have been invaluable. They are directly supporting the client by traveling to the client’s site and assisting with their UAT testing tasks as well as assisting in the identification and diagnosis of defects.  Specific testing metrics had to be met within SIT to allow our client to move into UAT including test cases executed, test case success percentage, etc. Responsibility of test team to complete SIT, by executing test cases and identifying defects prior to client beginning UAT.

I have worked with BlackStream Intel 2010.  As a resource manager, I have come to rely on BlackStream Intel to deliver the majority of our contractors because I can count on them.  BlackStream Intel is our workhorse, the team is very efficient and effective in securing the right resources including technical, hard-to-source, niche skill sets and delivering them in a timely manner.  BlackStream Intel has proven to be very flexible and able to quickly address and resolve any resource or billing questions that arise.
